1) How to shop?
Browse through our products, choose the ones you are interested in and place them in your cart or your wish list for future shopping. Once you are ready click on check out, choose your form of payment, approve your shipping cost and proceed with payment.
2) Where are your products produced?
Most of our products are designed and produced by us on the island of Aegina in Greece, with respect to the environment, animals and local people we work with. Some are produced by carefully chosen collaborators in Athens and Thessaloniki.
3) How to become a stockist (wholesale)?
If you are interested in wholesale please contact us.
4) What materials do you use for your products?
We aim to reuse and recycle everything we can to create a range of different items, we also use different kinds of wood to create a range of objects for the home.
5) What is your return/cancelation policy?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours and before it has been dispatched by sending an email to email@example.com. We will refund your account if you have proceeded with payment.
We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order and only if you notify us first by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The order must be shipped back to us free of charge and the goods must be in their original
In case of the rare event of damaged goods due to transportation, please provide us with a photo of the damaged goods and we shall replace them.
6) How long does Shipping take?
Orders within Greece are delivered in 1-3 days from day of dispatch.
International orders are delivered in 5-7 days from day of dispatch.
Orders are usually shipped immediately after payment for stocked products and 2 weeks after payment for one of a kind products.
7) Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship everywhere. Place your order and before check out you will be informed of your shipping costs.
8) What happens if what I order is out of stock?
In the rare event that your order is out of stock you will be informed by us within 48 hours and you will have the option to accept a back order with a new delivery date or cancel your order and get your money back.
9) What forms of payment do you accept?
You can pay securely with any credit card through Pay pal.

10) How much do you charge for shipping?
For international orders you will be notified of your shipping cost before you proceed with placing your order.
