Raku Pinch Pots | Black & White series
These pinch pots are part of a black & white series that is constantly being enriched with new pieces. Each one is unique. Even if the the decoration is the same, the cup won't be.
They were raku fired, which means they are taken out of the kiln at 900 degrees C, go through a thermal shock, then buried in wood shavings that are set ablaze by the hot cup, and then dropped in water for the process to stop. The result is always a mystery. Discover a world in each one of them.
